If you want to save a few bucks, consider a dog-friendly hotel near Walt Disney World. Disney-owned hotels are often the most expensive in the area. There are hotels near Disney that keep you close to the magic.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resorts are hard to beat. Grotto Resort is one of the best places in town, the grounds are beautiful, there is a spa and you can participate in kayaking, volleyball and other activities. The restaurant is amazing and we can’t wait to try the new Flamingo restaurant. Dog friendly and just around the corner from Walt Disney World! The pet policy is also more flexible, allowing one dog up to 50kg or two dogs with a total weight of 75kg or less.

I am a fan of Rosen Hotels in Orlando for several reasons. First, all Rozanne hotels are dog-friendly. Second, although some have parking, Rosen hotels do not have a resort fee. The Rosen Inn at Lake Buena Vista is budget friendly and minutes from Disney Springs and Walt Disney World. The pool area is basic, but the quality service and convenient location make it a great choice.

I loved my stay at Caribe Royal Resort and it is on my list to go back again soon. This all-suite resort makes it easy to have extra space during your stay, as each room has a separate living and sleeping area. The resort-style pool is relaxing and warm.

While there is a resort fee, many amenities include bicycle rentals, access to the multi-level fitness center, fishing and releasing, outdoor movies, and trips to the theme parks. This pet-friendly resort is close to Walt Disney World and SeaWorld Orlando, as well as Universal Orlando.

One of the best things about Universal Orlando Resorts and Hotels is that it’s managed by Loews. Known for their excellent service, Loews hotels offer a dog-friendly experience. Each of Universal Orlando’s dog-friendly hotels has designated walking and recreation areas and rooms near those areas.

Each of Universal Orlando’s four dog-friendly hotels has free shuttle service to Universal CityWalk, a short walk to the theme parks. All dog-friendly hotels except Sapphire Phils come with Universal Express Pass Unlimited.

My husband and I love this hotel. Think of it as the entrance to a deluxe resort at Universal Orlando. Amenities include shuttle service to Universal’s CityWalk, the resort, access to Universal’s Volcano Bay and luxury accommodations. The hotel is not a luxury property, so it is not as comfortable as other resorts. There are often many families and groups here.

This resort is first class. The hotel is charming and eating sushi at the Orchid Lounge is a must. The pool is noisy with lots of children. Access to Islands of Adventure is amazing, or you can take a cruise to Universal
