Dog-friendly Weekend Getaways East Coast

Dog-friendly Weekend Getaways East Coast – If you’re looking for a dog-friendly weekend getaway near New York with your pup, I recommend checking out Think Big! Little House Resort. This dog-friendly resort is located in the Catskills of upstate New York, about two hours from Manhattan. We spent two nights and three days at the resort to rest and relax. I also wanted Gatsby to go on an adventure.

This dog-friendly lodge features 11 tiny houses on wheels located in the Catskill Forest. Depending on which one you choose, they can accommodate 2 to 7 people. Each small house has its own unique name (ours is called Oki). These homes feature kitchens, full bathrooms with flush toilets, heat/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs with Netflix so you can watch your favorite shows, and private patios with gas grills and fire pits.
