We have owned our 2016 Atlas Moonstone since September 2017, the caravan was passed over to Parkdean as well as Purbrook on their limited scheme. The Caravan has gone through several upgrades now a mobile air conditioning unit, USB charging point, bluetooth retro video game sound bar. We rent Atlas Moonstone for caravans and people going to enjoy the site, the park is well equipped and suitable for pets like us, we want you to enjoy the caravans as much as we do and we look forward to it. You stay in our caravan and have a great vacation.
Hailing Island is located in a holiday park that has been awarded 4 stars by the tourist board. Located just 5 minutes from the sea front, beach and Beachlands playground and amusement park.
Atlas Moonstone is fully equipped to sleep 2-8 people; 1 bedroom, 2 twin rooms plus a sofa in the living room. Full bathroom with separate toilet and sink. The accommodation also benefits from double glazing, central heating and a portable air conditioning unit. Open living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space. Verandah provides outdoor living space.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay. The caravan was well equipped, a real home from home! The standard of cleanliness was very high, the linen was freshly laundered and looked brand new. Overall the site had a smooth and quiet speed. The communication with the owner was good, he answered all my questions in a very friendly way. We will be back.

We stayed at the Best Family Holiday Caravan. Although there was a slight problem with the oven the first night, we managed to find a solution. Lots of DVD games etc and good for drinking tea and sugar etc. I cannot recommend Hayling Island highly enough and would definitely stay here again.
The caravan park is clean and well maintained. There is a shop on site for all essentials and a LIDL down the road. We used the fish shop once; Good food. The pool was empty during our stay, and looked like it hadn’t been used in a long time. Not a big problem for me and my wife, but I imagine it could be a problem for families with children. My advice is to check before booking a caravan. Our caravan was fine, but the house was nothing to write home about. My wife was not happy with the fridge which she said was not cleaned properly, so she did it herself. The fridge itself was very small. There was one old frying pan found, which also needed cleaning. I bought it new from LIDL. There was a large table with umbrellas on the decking area. The first time I tried to use it, the pieces fell off and defied the wind. I reported this to the owner, who sent someone to look at it, but it was not repaired or replaced during our stay, and since the weather was warm and sunny most of the day, we could do it with him. We had a lot of rain during our stay, especially at night, thank goodness. This revealed another problem with the caravan, a leaky roof around the vent just above the stove. I put a flip box in there to catch the drip. This was not evident during our stay either. The van itself is placed away from the clubhouse and any possibility of noise, which is a good thing, but unfortunately it is directly in front of 4 large garbage cans. Some days the smell was noticeable and frequent visits to the bins from other caravan users provided a sound we could have done without. Large weeds growing near the base of the spreading area added to the lack of regular caravan maintenance. While we were there my wife pulled weeds to make a better place. I thought we were coming on holiday to avoid gardening… on balance I thought the £800+ I paid for the caravan was overpriced and not value for money. I cannot recommend this expedition enough.

I am paying someone to look after the caravan and clean it so I will ask them about the fridge as I was told it was working fine before your visit and the problem was with the tilt mechanism you suggest. The umbrella was up during your visit
