Cruise companies publish schedules and prices two years in advance, and final payment is required in full 60 days before departure. This means longer payment terms and lower monthly payments. All-Inclusive Family Resort Vacation – Resorts typically charge $100-$150 per person, with final payment 45-60 days prior to departure. Prices are usually set by hoteliers approx. 1 year in advance. Airline Tickets – Airlines usually publish timetables and prices about 300 days in advance. This means you need to book your resort or cruise first and then book your flight to your destination or port to get the best deal. Deposit rules vary depending on the type of flight you book. Non-refundable tickets are usually the cheapest, but full payment is required to secure your booking. Refundable airline tickets are slightly more expensive, but partially refundable. Charter flights are usually independent airlines that operate on the schedules of a specific travel company. You can pay a minimum deposit with the airline to secure your seat, but usually on charter flights from several major airports. There is no cost to create a legal program for our clients.
