No, their basic plans do not grow new grass. They support the growth and health of the grass you already have. However, you can buy hybrid seed mixes and patch kits as well. I had success with grass seed and baby patch on Sunday to grow new grass in my yard.

I purchased the Sade Lawn Plan in April 2021 to avoid using harsh chemicals and have something safe for people and pets for the growing season. Is Fertilizer Bad For Dogs?
I have been using Sunday for two whole years now. I waited until the weather warmed up and the grass was dormant before harvesting for the first time this year. I applied my first lawn nutrient of the year.
Sunday Peat Patch is especially lawn-saver. It transformed my back yard from random brown patches (caused by pet urine) to lush bright green grass. This is the most satisfying product for me because I can see an immediate change in the quality of my lawn with minimal effort.
The yard looks healthy, and the grass looks green and lush. Overall, I’m excited about how the yard looks. There is a complete difference between day and night. I need to plant some spots in the back yard due to lawn damage when I built the shed in the winter of 2022, but other than that, the yard looks pretty flawless!

Before planting, I prepared the lawn by removing large rocks and pieces of cement. I mow the area to ensure that the existing grass is not overgrown so that the seeds can get enough sun and reach the soil easily. Planting the field was easy, and I was diligent about watering later.
I am excited about the results. I seeded the field when the temperature was in the recommended range, but then an unexpected cold front hit that dropped the temperature below 50°F. I was worried that the seeds wouldn’t take, but luckily, it all worked out in the end .
Also, Sunday sent me Green Giant Arborvitae in exchange for an honest review of the plant and tree side of their business. I immediately picked her up, gave her a good drink of water, and left her outside to acclimatize. The 34 inch tree was in excellent condition, and was easy to install. However, there were no instructions included with the tree, so I started looking for instructions online from a different website.
How To Create A Pet Friendly Yard
About a week later, I planted a tree along my fence line to help block the view and noise from the street behind my house. Giant green arborvitae grows rapidly at a rate of 3-5 feet per year and matures at 15-20 feet wide and 40-60 feet tall. I hope the tree will be 6-8 feet tall by April 2024.
